We broke our scooter (no fault of the product - my wife ran over the rear), so I contacted customer support to buy a replacement heel brake. They were kind enough to send the replacement at no charge. Now I know that this won't always be the case for every situation, but it was a very nice gesture and surprise regardless. Aside from that, we have two scooters and my nine year olds love them!Good scooter for our 10 year old daughter. Has held up real nice but Doesn't go as fast as we thought or keep charge for as long as it should.One scooter worked alright and the other didn't after one charge. Customer service sent me an exact replacement and it works great. It doesn’t go very fast but is surprisingly able to haul him up hills with ease - I didn’t expect the hill climb ability it has. My little boy only ways 37 pounds tho.THIS IS THE 2ND REVIEW, AND THE 3RD SCOOTER. HAD I KNOWN THIS THE 1ST TIME NO PROBLEM. He was super excited. When it arrived there was an issue with the first one (seems to be rare based on such positive reviews). I contacted Hilboy and they were quick to respond and make sure my son had a properly working scooter. Very impressed with the product now that we have a properly working scooter and even more impressed with the excellent customer support.
