I purchased these lights on March 5th, 2020 to be used in center pieces for an event that was supposed to happen in April, but like so many other things it was canceled due to Covid. Rather than returning them and possibly paying a restocking fee, I took the chance and kept them for when we could reschedule our event. We were finally able to have our awards banquet this past Wednesday, July 28, 2021. The batteries were now 16 months old, but when I tested a few of the lights beforehand they were nice and bright. I started setting up for the banquet at around 4pm on Wednesday, turning the lights on. After the banquet I decided to keep the lights to see how long they would actually last. It's now Saturday, July 31st and it's 4pm. Three whole days later and not a single light has gone out! Some of them are getting dim, but they're still lit which I find absolutely amazing. And - they're really very pretty, so I would wholeheartedly endorse these and will definitely purchase them again for future events!UPDATE: It's now day 5 since our banquet and the first light finally went out. A couple more look like they're fading but many of them are still quite bright. I am absolutely blown away by how long they have lasted!
